Terms and Conditions
What These Terms Cover
These terms apply to anyone who reads this website, which is run by Loading Dock Repair Tamaqua in Tamaqua, PA. The site exists to explain the loading dock work we do and to give you a phone number to reach us. By using it, you agree to the terms below.
The Site Is General Information, Not an Inspection
Our pages describe how dock levelers, vehicle restraints, overhead doors and related equipment commonly wear and fail. That is general background. It cannot tell you why your own leveler lip will not extend or why a door is binding in its track, because those answers depend on what we find on site.
Nothing here is a diagnosis, a recommendation for your facility or a promise about the condition of your equipment.
Quotes and Job Terms Are Set Separately
The website does not form a contract or offer a price. Scope, cost, scheduling and any warranty for a job are discussed with you by phone and confirmed for that specific job. If anything on this site differs from what we agree for your work, the job-specific agreement controls.
Safety Comes Before Anything You Read Here
Do not use this site as a guide for repairing or operating damaged dock equipment. A leveler with a cracked hinge, a restraint that will not engage or a door with a broken spring can injure people and damage trailers. Take that equipment out of service and have a qualified technician look at it.
Accuracy and Availability
We try to keep the content correct and current, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete, error-free or always online. We may update, change or remove content at any time without notice.
Ownership of Content
The text and layout on this site belong to Loading Dock Repair Tamaqua. You are welcome to read and share links to it. Copying it for another business or presenting it as your own is not permitted.
Limits on Our Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on this website's general content, including downtime, equipment damage or decisions made without an on-site inspection. Our responsibility for actual work is set by the terms agreed for that job.
Governing Law, Changes and Questions
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. We may revise them from time to time, and the version posted here is the one in effect. If you have a question about these terms, reach us by phone at (570) 565-0322 and we will talk it through with you.
